Ülker has a diverse product range. While it was initially known for biscuits, it expanded its offerings over the years. In 1970, Ülker introduced consumers to new chocolate products, wafers, and other chocolates. In 1990, they introduced mini-cakes, milk, and vegetable oil products. In 2000, Ülker expanded into different product categories, including kitchen products and beverages. Additionally, Ülker has played a role in nurturing and supporting various subsidiary brands in the market.
