Ayoola Mustapha Raji (MCIPD) is a consummate HR professional – Business manager with experience from telecoms and FMCG sector.
He was formerly the Head of Human Resources and Admin at Hayat Kimya Nigeria. Prior to this role he was the Group head of Human resources and Admin at Mohinani Group, a conglomerate with interest in manufacturing, hospitality and logistics.
Before this role, he worked at Promasidor Nig. Ltd for over a decade where he occupied several roles and led different projects in HR.
Ayoola is a licensed HR practitioner with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and a Chartered HR professional with the prestigious Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development of the UK (CIPD).
