Building a gender-balanced workforce
We fully support the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles and we’re committed to achieving balanced representation.
As a member of the Yildiz Holding Women’s Platform, we’re growing our female employees in leadership networks, providing mentoring and development for female colleagues, and seeking out prospective female employees in all our markets.

We’re moving forward each day with new initiatives to help our colleagues thrive and perform, including:
- Joining the Valuable 500 – the global movement that puts disability on the business leadership agenda
- Continuously updating our recruitment policy and processes to ensure fair assessments and accessibility to roles
- Establishing our global advisory board, bringing together leaders in the field of inclusion and diversity to challenge our thinking and support our journey
Our IDE Board
We set up our Global Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (IDE) Board in February 2021, which champions our pladis IDE agenda with insights from both senior pladis leaders and renowned external experts, including Ade Adepitan MBE, Alastair Campbell, Dame Kelly Holmes and Stevie Spring CBE.
