Jennifer was appointed Chief Research & Development Officer in November 2020.
Prior to her current role, Jennifer worked for Campbell Soup Company for 10 years where she held senior roles such as Vice President R&D for Meals & Beverages North America and Vice President R&D International for Campbell Arnott’s. During this time, she led innovation portfolios and technology strategies across multiple geographies, innovating and rejuvenating well-established brands.
Prior to joining Campbell’s, Jennifer worked for Unilever for 11 years, holding R&D Director roles and leading both Australian and Asian regional initiatives across the home, personal care and food categories. She began her career with Procter & Gamble Asia based in Japan, meeting consumers’ needs with leading technology solutions.
Jennifer has lived and worked in Australia, Japan, the USA and the UK. She has a PhD in Chemical Engineering and a BSc in Industrial Chemistry from the University of New South Wales in Australia. Jennifer has been involved with several associations and committees advancing female leadership and women in STEM.
