Tell us a bit about your role?

As an Import and Export Executive, I make sure all our import and export activities meet local and international regulations. This includes customs laws, tariffs and trade policies—basically, keeping everything compliant so our operations run smoothly.

What do you enjoy most about working at pladis?

What I love most is the amazing team I work with. There’s a strong sense of support and collaboration and it’s great to know that my opinions matter and that I’m heard.

What has been your proudest achievement working at pladis?

I’m really proud of how I helped streamline our import and export processes. This initiative has significantly reduced our clearing lead times and cut down on shopping costs.

What’s your favourite pladis product?

I’m a huge fan of McVitie’s Speculaas and Ginger Cookies! The ginger spice gives them such a delightful kick.

Finally, how do you ‘bring it’ to pladis?

I bring a proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit to the table. I believe in building strong relationships, both within our team and with external partners. Plus, I make sure everyone is informed and aligned to ensure smooth and seamless transactions.
