pladis shines at International Brilliance Awards

We’re delighted that our HR team has been recognised with not one, but TWO awards from the International Brilliance Awards. 

First up the team won the top prize, a Brilliance Award for employee engagement in HR. This award was for the pladis Leadership Success Model which clearly defines the leadership competencies and behaviours that help us to grow in the right way. 
 

The second award was a Gold award for our new employee campaign ‘Bring It’. This campaign recognises that everyone brings something special to the pladis team, be it their courage, their care, their winning mindset, their go-getting attitude etc. The ‘Bring it’ mindset across pladis is designed to enable everyone to bring their best self to the work they do as we create the future of biscuits and chocolates. 

Following the awards, pladis Chief Human Resources Officer Geraldine Fraser commented, “These awards are a wonderful way to recognise the enormous amount of work by the HR team and the teams they partnered with to deliver these initiatives. The role of HR, in a rapidly growing pladis business, is important in creating our One pladis culture. My thanks and congratulations to the pladis HR team.”
