pladis Türkiye scoops two Employer Awards

Congratulations to our colleagues in Türkiye who have scooped two gold awards at the 2023 International Stevie Awards.

The annual awards recognise the world's best companies to work for, as well as the HR teams who help to create and drive great workplaces.

With more than 5,000 entries from across 70+ countries, we’re delighted to have come out on top in the following categories:

🥇Achievement in Human Resources award

Awarded to our Commercial Talent programme, which provides young professionals with a 15-month rotation across marketing, business development, supply chain and procurement to sharpen their industry skills. To date, this has resulted in 23 participants being offered permanent roles at pladis, with women representing 66% of these new hires.; something that is hugely encouraging as we as we seek to achieve gender parity across our commercial teams.

🥇Career and Workforce Readiness Solution award

Awarded to our Digital Mentoring programme, which aims to leverage the experience of our senior, high-performing colleagues to transfer skills to younger members of the team. In 2022, 156 mentees were matched with 84 mentors, with an overall satisfaction rating of 4.75 out of five.
