Ülker develop pathway for female footballing talent

Budding female football stars in Türkiye will have the chance to showcase their skills in the hopes of representing their country as part of a new initiative launched by our Ülker  team.

Created in partnership with the Turkish Football Federation, the Ülker TFF Future Star Girls platform aims to create a new pool of talent for the U15 Women's National Team, providing equal opportunities' for young girls who dream of becoming football stars.

Youngsters born between 2009 and 2011 are invited to upload videos, showcasing their talents, to the ulkeryildizkizlar.tff.org website. Turkiye Women's National Team coaches will then handpick the top 33 most talented footballers to attend an exclusive training camp at the Riva Hasan Doğan Facilities in İstanbul.

Access to sport can have a transformative impact on people and this initiative is a significant milestone in the development of women’s football in Türkiye and in creating opportunities for young girls to pursue their passion for sport.”
