Tell us a bit about your role?

In my role, I focus on planning, monitoring and executing various project activities while also supporting cross-collaboration. It’s all about keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.

What do you enjoy most about working at pladis?

I really enjoy the positive working environment here. My colleagues are incredibly supportive, and our supply chain director is always there to back us up. Her famous saying, “the reward of hard work is more work,” really resonates with me and keeps me motivated!

What has been your proudest achievement working at pladis?

One of my proudest moments was being part of the team to launch our lines for All Butter Shortbread and McVitie’s Crackers and Rich Teas. From the initial installation to the first test runs, my team and I were hands-on every step of the way. Even now, whenever I see someone enjoying those products, I can’t help but feel a deep sense of pride knowing I contributed to bringing them to life.

What’s your favourite pladis product?

I absolutely love McVitie’s Dark Creams! The chocolatey taste is just divine, and it always hits the spot.

Finally, how do you ‘bring it’ to pladis?

I bring a strong background in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems. My focus is on ensuring all our equipment runs effectively to prevent downtime, keeping our projects on track.
