Tell us a bit about your role?
I coordinate payroll activities for the business and support HR with data analysis. It’s all about making sure everyone gets paid accurately and on time while also digging into the data to help improve our processes.
What do you enjoy most about working at pladis?
I enjoy the diverse culture and the strong relationships among colleagues. There’s a genuine sense of teamwork, and I’m always impressed by the high level of professionalism everyone brings to the table.

What has been your proudest achievement working at pladis?
My proudest achievement has been tackling legacy issues related to regulatory affairs and compliance. It’s been challenging, but resolving those issues has really helped the company move forward.
What’s your favourite pladis product?
My favourite pladis product is All Butter Shortbread! It has been a family favourite since I was a kid. I love the buttery taste.
Finally, how do you ‘bring it’ to pladis?
I bring my competence, jovial nature, people management and interpersonal skills.
