Colleagues become stars of the show in new Verkade TV ad

This week, we launched our new Verkade TV advert in the Netherlands. To celebrate, colleagues were invited to a red-carpet premiere of the new advert which celebrates the rich heritage of one of our most-loved  brands.

The advert, made at our Zaandam factory, gives a starring role to some of our pladis colleagues, who are the proud custodians of the Verkade brand’s 137-year history and are wholeheartedly committed to delivering tasty, authentic and quality products in line with the brand’s mantra.

For one night only, the factory was transformed into a magnificent cinema for colleagues to enjoy the screening and also to see themselves on the big screen for the first time! Our newly acclaimed TV stars were awarded an ‘Oscar’, while all employees received a personalised cookie jar, which they filled with treats from a Verkade-inspired biscuit buffet.
