Tell us a bit about your role?

My role is all about ensuring that pladis’ organisational processes are followed consistently by all stakeholders. I also use these processes to safeguard the company’s assets, making sure everything runs smoothly and in line with our standards.

What do you enjoy most about working at pladis?

What I enjoy most is the professionalism of everyone here. Beyond that, it’s the opportunities for growth and development, the incredible teamwork and the sense of community. Every day feels like a chance to learn something new and contribute to something bigger.

What has been your proudest achievement working at pladis?

My proudest achievement has been transforming the company from having limited processes to becoming a process-driven organisation. It’s been a challenging journey, but seeing how far we’ve come, and knowing that the work is still ongoing, makes it incredibly rewarding.

What’s your favourite pladis product?

I’m a huge fan of McVitie’s Digestives! The taste is irresistible, and honestly, I can never have just one.

Finally, how do you ‘bring it’ to pladis?

I bring a strong focus on process improvement and control. By refining and enhancing our processes, I’m helping to shape a more efficient and sustainable future for the business.
