Tell us a bit about your role?

I manage employee time and attendance, which helps track overtime at the end of each month. It’s all about making sure we have accurate records and that everyone’s hard work is recognised.

What do you enjoy most about working at pladis?

I really appreciate the diversity and inclusion here at pladis. It’s fantastic to work in an environment where different perspectives are valued and everyone feels welcome.

What has been your proudest achievement working at pladis?

Developing an automated onboarding feedback form to enhance the overall onboarding experience. Knowing that this helped new colleagues feel more supported and comfortable during their transition is something I'm especially proud of.

What’s your favourite pladis product?

My favourite pladis products are McVitie’s Dark Creams and All Butter Shortbread! I love the taste and crunch of dark creams, and the buttery flavour of All Butter Shortbread keeps me going.

Finally, how do you ‘bring it’ to pladis?

I bring strong time management skills, a focus on employee relation and a knack for data analytics to my role. This helps me stay organised and ensure that everything runs smoothly!
