Tell us a bit about your role?

I’m responsible for overseeing the sanitation processes at our production site and ensuring effective pest control systems are in place. It’s all about maintaining a clean and safe environment that meets high standards.

What do you enjoy most about working at pladis?

pladis has been a great place for learning and growth. The supportive culture here, especially my amazing colleagues, has made my time here both enjoyable and fulfilling.

What has been your proudest achievement working at pladis?

Leading the innovation of KAIZ, a project focused on maintaining and improving the efficiency of our cleaning equipment. With the help of my team, this initiative has significantly reduced costs for the company since 2023.

What’s your favourite pladis product?

McVitie’s Rich Tea is my go-to! I’m not a big fan of overly sweet things, so the balance of Rich Tea is perfect for me. Plus, my kids love it just as much.

Finally, how do you ‘bring it’ to pladis?

I bring strong management skills to the table. Leading a large team requires a lot of attention to detail and coordination, and I’m fully committed to improving our sanitation processes to keep everything running smoothly.
