pladis appoints Jennifer Moss as global Chief R&D Officer

28 October 2020, London, UK: pladis, one of the world’s leading snacking companies, has appointed Jennifer Moss as global Chief Research and Development (R&D) Officer. She will start in her new role in November 2020.

Jennifer will join the pladis leadership team to focus on a cutting-edge approach to innovation to build a pipeline of new and exciting products to meet the needs of consumers.

 

Jennifer’s extensive background in FMCG and R&D spans nearly three decades, having worked for well-known companies including Procter & Gamble, Unilever and, most recently, at Campbell Arnott’s. She joins pladis, home to a baking and confectionary heritage, with strong credentials in both.

She will lead a team developing unique and superior tastes and flavours through a mastery of flavour science and technologies.

During her time at Arnott’s, Jennifer led innovation for the portfolio across Australia and Asia, built effective technology strategies across multiple geographies, and rejuvenated brands such as ‘Shapes’, ‘Via-Weat’and the infamous Tim Tams.

Jennifer holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of New South Wales.
