Tell us a bit about your role?
As a Product Design Technologist in the Research and Development (R&D) department, my job is to lead the technical aspects of developing new and existing products.
My daily activities include recipe development, collaborating with ingredient suppliers, factory trials, and, of course, lots of tasting sessions with delicious biscuits and chocolates.
What do you enjoy most about working at pladis?
I find the environment to be dynamic, collaborative and dedicated to bringing great product ideas to consumers. The opportunity to be part of multiple projects enables me to broaden my horizons and develop expertise in different areas.
What's been your proudest achievement working at pladis?
Winning the internal pladis Global R&D award for working on a brand relaunch which involved the development of multiple products. The best part of it was seeing these products on the supermarket shelves.
