Manoj was appointed Managing Director, APAC in October 2023.

Manoj brings over a decade of experience with GODIVA, where he spearheaded strategic growth initiatives in various leadership roles, most recently as President-International, based in Shanghai.

Before moving to China, Manoj was President for the EMEA region where he helped to build the Godiva Cafe concept, and extended Godiva’s footprint in new channels and geographies. He also led the travel trade business for the brand, globally for two years. Before joining GODIVA, Manoj was the Managing Director – Baskin Robbins & Dunkin Donuts in Middle East region for 11 years, overseeing a vast network of retail stores and achieving remarkable store expansion milestones. Under his leadership more than 500 stores were added to the brand’s portfolio in the region. Prior to that, Manoj spent four years as General Manager of CG Corp in Nepal and drove their expansion into new categories and markets. Manoj began his career with Shaw Wallace & Seagram in India where he developed distribution strategy and launched many new brands in West Region.

Manoj has lived & worked in China, UAE, Turkey, UK, Nepal, and India, enriching his understanding of diverse consumer landscapes and market dynamics. He holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and has a Bachelor’s degree from Pune University, India.
