Thibaut was appointed Chief Procurement Officer in April 2016.

Prior to his current role, Thibaut was Group Chief Procurement Officer for Diageo for four years where, in addition to a number of other key deliverables, he developed and implemented the company’s strategy for sustainable procurement and Commodities Price Risk Management.

Prior to joining Diageo, Thibaut worked for McBride for five years as Group Chief Procurement Officer and Group Chief R&D Officer. He also spent four years as Vice President of International Procurement at ScottsMiracle-Gro and 15 years at Procter & Gamble in various procurement leadership roles. Thibaut began his career in investment banking in New York.

Thibaut has lived and worked in France, Spain, Belgium, Panama, the USA and the UK. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago in the USA and a BA in Economics summa cum laude from Rider University in the USA.
