Geoff was appointed Chief Insights Officer in January 2020.
Prior to his current role, Geoff worked for PepsiCo for 21 years focusing on food and beverage growth opportunities, innovating alongside marketing and R&D and developing locally relevant consumer insights.
Geoff’s leadership positions for PepsiCo covered Greater China, India, South East Asia, Pakistan, Japan, and Australasia including seven years as Head of Insights & Analytics for the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to that, Geoff spent two years as Senior Director Insights & Analytics for the UK & Ireland across the snacks, juices and cereal categories, including as a member of the Walkers Snacks Ltd Operating Board of Directors.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Geoff was a Consumer Insights Manager for Cadbury in the UK and a Senior Research Executive for Kantar Millward Brown.
Geoff has lived and worked in the UK, Thailand and China. He has a BSc in Business and Managerial Studies from Aston University in the UK and a Diploma from the UK’s Chartered Institute of Marketing.
